Week 12 has been about upsets and narrow escapes, with Alabama being the first team to beat Mississippi State, meaning a big shake up to the SEC and the rankings will follow, while Florida State escape another close on, TCU and Ohio State moving in the right direction and the Pac-12 South becoming very complicated after Arizona State lost to Oregon State.

Premier League – Week 12 Results & Table
The best match of the weekend was the Merseyside derby, as Everton and Liverpool finished their match in a 3-3 draw, but that only allowed Arsenal to open a four point lead at the top of the table after a 2-0 win over Southampton, and Chelsea moving up to second place due to their 3-0 win over West Ham.

2012 NFL Season – Week 12 Predictions
Thanksgiving weekend means a shorter Sunday schedule, but still plenty of prime action. The New York Giants host the Green Bay Packers and the red hot Aaron Rodgers on Sunday Night, while the Chicago Bears try to stop the slide against division rivals Minnesota Vikings and the Atlanta Falcons trying to remain the best in the NFC facing a streaking Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

LSU, Alabama and Arkansas make it an SEC 1-2-3 at the top of the AP Top 25 rankings, making it the first time since 1971 the top 3 teams were from the same conference, mostly thanks to Oregon and the Oklahoma teams suffering from big upsets.

2011 College Football Week 12 – BCS Gone Crazy on Upset Weekend
Oregon, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State, all hoping for a shot at the national title game, got upset on Week 12. LSU remain undefeated and alone on top of the BCS rankings (as far as we know), whiel Houston won’t get a shot despite their 11-0. So who? Probably, unfortunately, an SEC team.
