    Juventus and Napoli delivering a fantastic 3-3 draw, as Juve remain undefeated in the Serie A was probably the best match we’ve seen this season, while Liverpool keep beating Chelsea, Aguero nabbed one for City against Arsenal and Barcelona easily thrashed Rayo Vallecano.

  • Didier Drogba Following the Money

    Didier Drogba’s contract at Chelsea expires this season, and he doesn’t like the one year deal offered to him by the club. According to his agent, this will probably be his last season with Chelsea and the English Premier League as he searches for the most profitable deal.

  • Around Europe From Manchester to Madrid

    As with every week, the matches of Manchester City and United in England, Real Madrid and Barcelona in Spain draw most of the interest around Europe. However, the two biggest matches this weekend were in France between Marseille and PSG and in Germany, between Dortmund and Schalke.

  • Doctor Joe Hart and Mister Mario Balotelli (Liverpool vs Manchester City)

    Joe Hart was superman on the goal-line as Liverpool, with Luis Suarez and a fantastic Lucas throwing everything they had at him. A 1-1 draw came as a good result for Manchester City, especially after losing Mario Balotelli to a foolish red card.

    Lionel Messi was involved in all three Barcelona goals (goal, assist and a set up) as Barca fought off a combative Milan side which came back twice through Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kevin-Prince Boateng, not finding enough to come back from 3-2 at the San Siro.

    Real Madrid’s easy 6-2 win over Dinamo Zagreb speaks little about Real’s true ability and volumes about how bad some of the teams in the Champions League really are. Meanwhile, Napoli’s win over Manchester City was the best show this season in the tournament.

    Glen Johnson scored a fantastic winning goal at the 86th minute after a fine slalom through the Chelsea defense, giving Liverpool a dramatic 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge.
