Manchester United at Wolves – Too Easy For League Leaders
Wolves haven’t won at home since December 4, so there wasn’t much hope the bottom ranked team in the Premier League would actually stop Manchester United’s stride towards their fifth league title in six years. And to think United lost 2-1 on their last visit to the Molineux.

Van Persie Doubles Up at Anfield (Liverpool vs Arsenal)
Liverpool scored first, but failed to capitalize on their superiority all throughout the match. Cristiano Ronaldo Goal Not Enough For Real Madrid to Win First Leg
Cristiano Ronaldo opened, Pontus Wernbloom closed. Real Madrid led throughout most of the match on a frozen Moscow pitch but playing too careful and too defensive instead of finishing the match hurt them in the end, ending the first leg against CSKA in a 1-1 draw, which gives them the obvious advantage for the second leg decider.

Back on Track (Juventus vs Catania)
Juventus put their two consecutive 0-0 draws behind them, coming back from an early 1-0 deficit against Catania to reclaim the Serie A number 1 spot with a 3-1 win after goals from Andrea Pirlo, Giorgio Chiellini and Fabio Quagliarella.

Milan vs Arsenal – Zlatan Ibrahimovic Rules in First Leg Thrashing
Zlatan Ibrahimovic needs to put all the Champions League criticism behind him, and his sublime performance against Arsenal, leading AC Milan to a 4-0 thrashing of a helpless and confused Arsenal side with one goal and two assists, was a good start on his way to the Champions League quarter finals.
