If you thought things were bad for the Miami Heat and their big three after the home collapse against the Orlando Magic, guess how bad after losing by 30, yes 30, their worst defeat of the season, against the San Antonio Spurs, looking broken after taking a walk through the wrong neighborhood. Back East, Orlando didn’t have enough left after their win at Miami and lost to the visiting Chicago Bulls, lead by Derrick Rose.

On Al Horford’s Heroics Against the Bulls and the Celtics Breaking their Suns Curse
It took Al Horford’s career night for the Atlanta Hawks to beat the Chicago Bulls (83-80), the Celtics showcased three double-doublers (Rondo, Pierce, Garnett) in their 115-103 win over the Suns, a nice Paul Pierce dunk and a couple of words on Kevin Love (20-20) and the Spurs (50 wins).

On Dwight Howard and the Magic Beating the Knicks, Lakers’ Fifth Straight and Spurs Lose at Memphis
The Orlando Magic got Dwight Howard (30 points) to carry them on his back one more time as the beat the Knicks, the Los Angeles Lakers cruised in Minneapolis against the Wolves for their fifth straight while the Tony Parker-Less San Antonio Spurs lost for the 11th time this season, 109-93 at Memphis.

Dwight Howard made LeBron James angry, so the Miami Heat star dropped 51 on the Magic. The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t have enough to win again, so Antonio McDyess punished them, giving the Spurs another win, at the buzzer. Oh, and one crazy shot by Gary Neal.
