QPR losing at Bolton 2-1 didn’t just make Premier League survival much more complicated. They have every right to feel aggrieved by the scoreline, not just because of being the better team through the 90 minutes, but because of Clint Hill scoring a goal in the 19th minute, which wasn’t recognized by Martin Atkinson or his linesman, resulting in yet another example of why we need goal line technology.

Luis Suarez Did Everything But Score (Liverpool vs Bolton)
Liverpool and Kenny Dalglish are getting there. Luis Suarez was brilliant, unstoppable. Everything Liverpool eventually managed to do, which was three goals and a very impressive display this evening at Anfield, happened through all of the mayhem Suarez created in that Bolton back four. A comfortable 3-1 win, which could have been much more resounding.

A New Edin Dzeko (Bolton vs Manchester City)
It wasn’t Sergio Aguero who set the field alight this Sunday afternoon at the Reebok stadium, but Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko, continuing his impressive start to the 2011-2012 campaign. He scored his third goal (including the community shield) in so many matches, making his 27 million pound purchase last season look a bit better, being the best man on the pitch in City’s 3-2 win over Bolton.
