NBA Summer League, Day 1 – Frank Kaminsky Makes a Strong First Impression
The Charlotte Hornets first round draft pick, Frank Kaminsky, probably gave the strongest performance on the first day of the NBA Summer League in Orlando out of the rookies in action, although Mario Hezonja, Stanley Johnson, Justise Winslow and Myles Turner didn’t do too badly either.

NBA Summer League – Mason Plumlee Dunking On Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
While the NBA summer league isn’t usually the best predictor of actual NBA success, it does provide a little insight on rookies and other less than settled players, with Mason Plumlee impressing on his debut for the Brooklyn Nets, which included dunking on Kentavious Caldwell-Pope of the Detroit Pistons.
