2012 NFL Season – Where Anyone Can Beat Anyone

Each year, it happens at one point. The NFL circle of life comes to completion, usually with the last of the undefeated teams going down. This time it was the Atlanta Falcons losing to the New Orleans Saints and the Chicago Bears failing against the Houston Texans that helped complete the “anyone can beat anyone” of the 2012 NFL Season.

Pittsburgh Steelers – Ben Roethlisberger Injury Bigger Than Win

What’s is a win worth when your quarterback is taken to the hospital before the game even ended? The Pittsburgh Steelers came away with a 16-13 win in overtime, but lost Ben Roethlisberger early in the third quarter after he was sacked, leading to a shoulder injury that took him out of the game.

Cristiano Ronaldo – What Happened in the Real Madrid Dressing Room

An interesting story erupted in Spain after Real Madrid beat Levante 2-1, directly involving the elbow landed into the eye of Cristiano Ronaldo by David Navarro, later also involving Sergio Ballesteros and of course boy scout Pepe into the incidents as well.

Lionel Messi – All 76 Goals in 2012

For once, the Dallas Cowboys didn’t need their lightning rod of a quarterback to win the game. Scoring three touchdowns through a Tony Romo pass to Dez Bryant, a punt return by Dwayne Harris and an interception by Brandon Carr in less than three minutes did the job.
-
Houston Texans – Cheap Shot on Jay Cutler for the Win

It was always going to be a rough, physical, defensive battle. Too bad the Houston Texans had to insure supremacy by delivering a violent cheap shot to the head of Jay Cutler, taking him out of the game thanks to a helmet to helmet hit by Tim Dobbins.

No More Undefeated Teams in the 2012 NFL Season

The Atlanta Falcons, undefeated no more. It had to be a division rival and probably their biggest adversaries the New Orleans Saints, with all of their problems, to end their winning streak at 8, despite Matt Ryan posting better numbers than Drew Brees and having a few big chances late in the game to to win it.

2012 NFL Season – Chiefs vs Steelers Predictions

Once in a while, you’ll get games that are complete mismatches, and on paper look like they’re not really fair. The Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3, 3-0 at home) hosting the Kansas City Chiefs (1-7), arguably the worst team in the NFL, on Monday Night Football, is one of those games.
