SEC Championship Game – Missouri vs Auburn Predictions

No one expected Auburn and Missouri to be the teams to reach Atlanta and turn the 2013 SEC championship game into a mini Tiger bowl, but these are the surprising winners of the divisions, and two teams that hope to put on enough of a performance to convince the voters to give them a chance to take a leap in the polls and find themselves playing for the national title and not a lesser BCS bowl game.

Big 12 – Texas vs Baylor Predictions

Some are suggesting this is the undercard in the Big 12 conference title, as whoever wins the game between Baylor and Texas will need to hope Oklahoma State lose their game in order to earn that BCS berth and ticket to the Fiesta Bowl.

Big 12 – Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State Predictions

There is no Big 12 championship game, so fans have to take the semi encounters they’re given. 2014 World Cup Match Schedule

The group stage draw for the 2014 World Cup did create one group of death (Group D with Uruguay, Italy and England together) and put together quite a few interesting teams together, with matches that do deserve to get the kind of attention the knockout stage matches usually get, even giving us a repeat of the previous’ World Cup final with Spain and the Netherlands coming together.

2014 World Cup Group Stage Draw

The group stage draw gives the hosts, Brazil, a rather comfortable start with Croatia as their opening rival, along with Mexico and Cameroon. Miami Heat – Rebounding a Problem, But Nothing to Panic About

Even though the Miami Heat have been a terrible rebounding team for the last three years, the key to beating them usually hasn’t been by simply winning on the boards. It’s been about moving the ball quickly against them on defense, and preventing the Heat from doing the same on offense, trying to turn their offense into a one on one gimmick through LeBron James or Dwyane Wade.

Chicago Bulls – Derrick Rose Being the Barometer Without Even Playing

There seems to be a connection between how the Chicago Bulls do during a season and the optimism coming from Derrick Rose regarding his comeback chances. Last season, when it seemed he’d be coming back early, the Bulls went on a run that got them pretty near the lead in the East. Now that Rose is announcing he might be back for the playoffs, we’re suddenly getting the best from his team once more, beating the Miami Heat by 20 points.

Jacksonville Jaguars – Shockingly, the Hottest Team in The AFC

Things have gone from weird to almost fantastically bizarre in the AFC South. The Houston Texans can’t stop losing, reaching 11 in a row, while the Jacksonville Jaguars, until not too long ago the worst team in the NFL, have the longest winning streak in the conference, picking up a third straight with their 27-20 win.

Detroit Lions – Reggie Bush Changed The Running Game Completely

There were those who didn’t want Reggie Bush to sign with the Detroit Lions, afraid he’s coming at too much of a price, and actually being washed up as a feature running back. In this season so far and the combination with him and Jouique Bell, both as rushers and as receiving targets has proven quite the opposite.
