Miami took care of business by beating Atlanta 98-72 in game 6 last night as Dwayne Wade led the way with 41 points, seasoned with some of his usual flopping antics. This series is the exact opposite of the Chicago – Boston series which has also reached game 7, just with actual drama and excitement during the games, unlike the Heat – Hawks series.
Despite Wade going for 41 in this easy route of Hawks, the highlight play of the night came from… guess…. drum roll please… Josh Smith, with a monster blind side block on Michael Beasley, which led to a Joe Johnson behind the back pass to an easy Mike Bibby two.
But can’t leave you without some D-Wade action. He was the best player last night, and his best play was an impressive fast break finish on the head of Josh Smith.
