As Phoenix finally got their playoff series win over the Spurs, sweeping the series 4-0 and closing with 107-101 win, one could not be amazed by Steve Nash. One, for his ability in this series – 22 points, 8 assists per game while shooting over 45% from the three point land. Second – His ability to play with pretty much one eye for the fourth quarter, after getting his clock cleaned by Tim Duncan’s elbow (unintentional) in the third quarter. Nash went on to score 10 points in the third quarter. Maybe it was easier to focus with one eye. This is the face of a winner, a leader, and maybe, who knows, a champion?
