If you look at the top of the premiership, you’ll see that the top three teams are from London – Tottenham and Chelsea at 1-2, both with three wins in the first three matches of the season, and Arsenal are third, with a game less, but with two wins and ten goals. At seventh, you’ll find Burnley, who won for the second time in a row at home, this time beating poor Everton 1-0, and are looking like the early surprise of the season.

Tottenham beat West Ham 2-1 at Upton Park, remaining perfect, and remaining at the top spot. Carlton Cole put West Ham ahead, but his own horrible mistake set up Jermain Defoe’s equalizer. Aaron Lennon scored the winner, 11 minutes from time, after another West Ham mistake.

Burnley grabbed another surprising win, again 1-0, this time against Everton, currently at the bottom of the premiership, without any points. Wade Elliott grabbed the winner for Burnley in the first half. As for Everton, it has been revealed that the team has agreed to Manchester City’s bid on Lescott, for around 28 million pounds.

And last but not least, Chelsea beat Fulham in the West London Derby, with Anelka & Drogba delivering the damage at Craven Cottege. Chelsea, like Tottenham, are a perfect three from three since the league began. For Fulham it was their first loss of the season.
