The Cincinnati Bengals have been one of the best and most consistent regular season teams over the last few seasons in the NFL. However, at the end of the 2015 NFL season, this relatively successful run might come to an end.
The Bengals will need to re-sign or replace nearly half of their projected starters when the season is over. They’ve got some contingency plans lined up for certain positions, but not all of them.
Half of the Bengals projected starters are in a contract year. Can’t remember that happening before.

Some of the more notable players hitting free agency at the end of this season for the Bengals: Andrew Whitworth, Leon Hall, Andre Smith, A.J. Green, Reggie Nelson, Emmanuel Lamur, Vincent Rey, Wallace Gilberry and Adam Jones.
The Bengals have been doing a good job of building and maintaining a solid team that seems to be some minor tweaks and upgrades away from contending for the Super Bowl, although there are others who suggest it’s all about their inferiority at the quarterback position, despite the big extension they gave Andy Dalton. Either way, all that work might come crumbling down at the end of the 2015 NFL season.
