NCAA Tournament – Syracuse & Wichita State Make it Into the Final Four
The first half of the Elite Eight weekend began with one very surprising result, as Wichita State didn’t just play better defense than the Buckeyes from Ohio State, but actually beat them to make their first final four in nearly 50 years. In the Big Easy derby between Syracuse and Marquette we saw a basketball game that showed a lot of the problems of the sport, while the Orange were the main benefactors of the ugliness.

Elite Eight – Wichita State vs Ohio State Predictions
While it’s pretty obvious that Ohio State are the big favorites to win this Elite Eight matchup, the one game with the least amount of parity in it among the four in this round, it’s hard to say that Wichita State aren’t good enough for the upset after already making it this far.

Ohio State Buckeyes – Deshaun Thomas Carries, LaQuinton Ross Finishes
Another tournament game, another big, late shot from a Ohio State players takes them to the next stage, this time the Elite Eight. Ohio State Buckeyes – Nothing Like Ruining Senior Night for Others
Some athletes, not all of them, will tell you, that beating a conference rival on the road on their senior night is much better than winning at home in front of your own fans. Ohio State had some avenging to do after losing to Indiana earlier in the season, and enjoyed a big game from Aaron Craft as they returned the favor.

Biggest Winners on National Signing Day
Despite signing Robert Nkemdiche, Ole Miss weren’t the biggest winners on the flag day of College Football recruiting. As expected, some bigger names like Alabama, Florida, Ohio State and Notre Came came away with the largest number of commitments from the potentially impressive recruits of the 2013 class.

Best Out-of-State Recruiting Teams in College Football
The three most recruited states in College Football are Florida, California and Texas. No one recruits better beyond state lines than Bob Stoops and Oklahoma, with a strong foothold in Texas. Nick Saban and Alabama do great about everywhere while other schools like Clemson, Oregon and Ohio State do very well beyond borderlines as well.

Ohio State Buckeyes – Building on the Urban Meyer 2nd Year Syndrome
With two national titles and two undefeated seasons on his resume, Urban Meyer isn’t expected to just do a good job at Ohio State. He needs to win a national title for the Buckeyes, better sooner than later.
