2012 College Football Season – Week 8 BCS Standings
The second edition of the BCS standing in the 2012 season still has the SEC dominating, with 4 teams (Alabama, Florida, LSU, Georgia) in the top 10, but the Pac-12 is just behind them with the Oregonians and USC. The Big 12 has two teams, with Kansas State climbing into the top 3, which drops Oregon, the number 2 team on the AP Poll into fourth.

Manchester City – Edin Dzeko Wants, Deserves to Start
The best scorer on the Manchester City team that’s four points behind Chelsea in the Premier League title race is Edin Dzeko, someone who has started only once this season while coming six more times off the bench, and in all scoring five goals; most of them equalizers or winners.

Atletico Madrid – Falcao Can’t Stop Scoring
It’s hard to what’s is more incredible – Falcao’s fantastic scorin record this season and in general since joining Atletico Madrid, 48 goals in 58 matces; or the fact that as of now, his team have exactly the same point count as Barcelona, on top of the Spanish La Liga.

Manchester United – Rio Ferdinand Did the Right Thing
If showing your disgust and distaste with how the FA handled a racism case involving your own brother(!!!) means not wearing a anti-racism shirt, it should be fine by everyone. Rio Ferdinand has the right and the reasons to leave the kick racism out of football jersey off of him, even if it meant defying the words and gospel of Alex Ferguson.

2012 College Football Season – Week 8 Rankings
No change at the top of the college football world according to the AP Poll, as the top 16 teams from last week won or simply didn’t play. Alabama keeps on cruising (vs Tennesee) while Florida continue to pick up the most impressive wins, this time enhailiting the South Carolina Gamecocks, finding themselves out of the SEC race for good.

Rafael Nadal – Never Going to be the Same
Formerly the best player in the world, Rafael Nadal is hoping he’ll make his return as early as January 2013. Some actually think he’ll show up in the Year’s end tournament in London, but when next year’s Australian Open still isn’t the clear, it’s hard to expect him to be back so soon.
-
College Football – Same Undefeated Teams, Same BCS Contenders
Week 8 offered no change and no real mix in what will be the polls later on and the BCS standings, as Alabama, Oregon, Kansas State, Florida, Notre Dame and Oregon State kept on winning.

2012 NFL Season – Week 7 Predictions
Only one remaining undefeated team in the NFL and they’re not playing. The champions, the New York Giants, have a very interesting NFC East clash with Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins, but the best game of the weekend should be between the two best teams in the AFC so far, as the banged up Baltimore Ravnes travel to play the Houston Texans.

Arsenal FC – Arsene Wenger With the Same Old Problems
After thinking he sorted out his goalkeeper problem, Arsene Wenger saw Vito Mannone with a terrible save, allowing Grant Holt the chance to get Norwich their first win of the season. On a day in which Santi Cazorla was a fade of his early season self, there was no real hope for Arsenal to come back from an early deficit.
