    The main event of possibly the competition was won by Usain Bolt, taking the 100 meters race once again with a 9.79 seconds sprint, barely beating the controversial Justin Gatlin. Jessica Ennis-Hill won the Women’s heptathlon once again, Joe Kovacs of the United States took gold in the men’s shot put and Pawel Fajdek won the gold medal in the men’s hammer throw.
