Penn State Over Boston College – A New Era Finally Begins
Quarterback Christian Hackenberg broke some Penn State Bowl game records with his performance that led the Nittany Lions to a 31-30 overtime win over Boston College in the Pinstripe bowl, giving James Franklin the privilege of being the first head coach to lead them to postseason success in the post-Sandusky ban era, showing a lot of promise for years to come.

USC Over Nebraska – Playing at Home Makes Things Easy
With a 45-42 victory over Nebraska, USC help Steve Sarkisian, the head coach of the Trojans for his first season, break his eight-win curse, helped by a big day from Adoree’ Jackson and running back Javorius Allen.

College Football – Day 6 Bowl Game Scores
A busy day with some high profile teams means we’re getting more and more serious. USC beat Nebraska in something of a home game in the Holiday Bowl; Penn State got their first bowl win under coach Franklin, beating Boston College in the Pinstripe bowl; South Carolina won the Independence bowl against Miami; Virginia Tech beat Cincinnati to claim the Military Bowl and in the Sun Bowl, Arizona State edged out Duke.

College Football – Day 5 Bowl Game Scores
Moving past Christmas means the teams from bigger conferences start getting involved. In three Boxing Day bowl games, Louisiana Tech (over Illinois in the Heart of Dallas Bowl), Rutgers (over North Carolina in the Quick Lane Bowl) and North Carolina State (over UCF in the St. Petersburg Bowl) came out as the winners.

College Football – Day 3 Bowl Game Scores
The Bowl season continues with its third day of action as two games on two sides of the country too place. Navy finished a very good season in the Poinsettia Bowl with a dramatic win against San Diego State while Marshall have an even better finish and year, dominating Northern Illinois in the first ever Boca Raton Bowl.

After some rest, the 2014-2015 college football bowl season commences with the first ever Miami Beach Bowl, won by Memphis, beating BYU 55-48 in double overtime with a historic performance from Paxton Lynch and followed by an all-out brawl to mark it as a very memorable occasion.

College Football – Day 1 Bowl Game Scores
The 2014-2015 Bowl Season began with five games: The New Orleans Bowl won by Louisiana-Lafayette (as usual), the New Mexico Bowl in which Utah State team picked up the trophy, the Las Vegas Bowl with a ranked Utah team destroying Colorado State, the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl crowning Air Force as its champion and the Camellia bowl in Alabama, won by Bowling Green.

Schools With the Most Heisman Trophy Winners
The 2014 Heisman Trophy winner is Marcus Mariota, the first one Oregon have ever produced (although he’s actually from Hawai’i). There are other programs that have seen one of their players lift the trophy quite a lot of times, especially USC, Notre Dame and Ohio State, proud to present the only two time winner, Archie Griffin.

Navy Over Army – Still Important & Incredibly One Sided
The days of glory and national prominence are gone in College Football are gone for Army and Navy, but when the two programs clash in a weekend reserved for them alone it’s still very special. It’s also still the same result, as the Midshipmen won for the 13th consecutive time, coming away with the 17-10 victory in a battle of rushing the ball.
