College Football – Playoff Picture and Rankings Completely Changed

Week 11 proved to be a crucial one in the shaping of the final rankings and eventually, the playoff picture with the final four teams. Mississippi State and Florida State with relatively easy games continue to stay the course, but Alabama took a huge leap forward over Auburn, who lost to LSU, while Oregon got over what might be the final hurdle in the Pac-12 by beating Utah. Ohio State took control of the Big Ten by beating Michigan State and both Baylor and TCU now have an equal claim to the rights of winning the Big 12.

Another win for Chelsea, again at Anfield, beating Liverpool 2-1. The home team took the lead with a deflected Emre Can shot. Gary Cahill equalized shortly after and Diego Costa put them in front in the second half. But referee Anthony Taylor did a terrible job of officiating, missing out on a clear hand ball by Gary Cahill in the box and two red cards that should have been given to Ramires and Costa.

Grizzlies Over Thunder – Staying Undefeated is Easy Against Terrible Teams

The Memphis Grizzlies have been the best NBA team since Marc Gasol returned from his injury last season. He didn’t do a lot in the 91-89 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, who just might be the worst team in the NBA right now since there’s no Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook to rely on.

Cleveland Cavaliers – LeBron James Gets to Play His Style of Basketball

The Cleveland Cavaliers finally have their second win of the season, beating the Denver Nuggets 110-101. No one had to take too much on himself as LeBron James looked pleased for the first time, as the ball moved around with no one, including Kyrie Irving or Kevin Love, trying to do too much on their own.
