The Green Bay Packers had an impressive weekend with an easy, humiliating win over the San Francisco 49ers while the Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals continue to look great. The New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears finally have a win this season while the Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles are quickly approaching the place where they won’t have anything left to play for this season.

Teams are already clinching spots in the next round, but the big news from the second night of Gameweek 4 in the Champions League was Lionel Messi matching Raul as the greatest scorer in the history of the competition with a brace for Barcelona against Ajax. Champions League – Week 4 Predictions (Groups A – D)
The focus as the 4th gameweek of Champions League football opens will be on the clash between Real Madrid and Liverpool, which looked rather one sided the last time they met. Juventus will try and save their slipping European season at home against Olympiakos while Arsenal will try and clinch their spot in the round of 16 at home against a weak Anderlecht side.

2014 NFL Season – Week 4 Power Rankings
The best team in the NFL right now, the Cincinnati Bengals, had a bye week. So did the Seahawks and Broncos, while the San Diego Chargers and Baltimore Ravens belong in that elite list for now, while the Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders both look like the two worst teams, deserving the bottom of the power rankings.

The best way to stay undefeated in the NFL? Go on a bye week. The Philadelphia Eagles lost for the first time this season, so as week 4 of the 2014 NFL season is about to come to an end, the Cincinnati Bengals and Arizona Cardinals remain the only two undefeated teams left with a 3-0 record.

2014 College Football Season – Week 4 Rankings
No change among the first seven teams in the top 25 after the games of week 4, but both Mississippi State (after beating LSU) and East Carolina (for winning against North Carolina) make their way into the rankings for the first time this season, while Missouri (for losing against Indiana) and Clemson (for losing to Florida State’s backup quarterback) dropped from the rankings.

College Football – Rankings & Playoff Picture Keeps Changing
The interesting thing so far about this College Football season has been the ability of the top five or six teams so far – Florida State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Alabama, Oregon and Texas A&M, to distance themselves through the rankings from the pretenders to the playoff spots, as LSU become the latest team to suffer a surprising loss which sets them back quite harshly.

The group of death took another interesting twist with a big win for Arsenal in Dortmund thanks to an Aaron Ramsey goal, while Napoli joined them at the top of the table. Meanwhile, Barcelona had no problem dispatching of AC Milan at the Camp Nou,furthering the crisis for the Rossoneri.
